bottom line? we love what we do. from hand-laying floors, perfecting the craft of hanging vinyl wall art, building the brand and picking up a paint brush or thirty …sweat, tears, and (yes) a bit of blood has gone into making the Second Floor what it is today. hope you enjoy, we sure do.

Renee is The Second Floor’s interior designer, in-house idea factory, and just so happens to be the other half of the ownership team. In her spare time (what spare time?!) she is also the proud owner of The Paramount Cafe, The Paramount Ballroom, The Lincoln, and the Fort Collins Plato’s Closet.

Jon is half owner and whole Mr. Fix-It. He is pretty proud of his handy work around here…..especially his hand-laid floor (as are the rest of us). After a formidable military career, he now spends his days leading a pretty awesome team at The Second Floor, The Paramount Cafe, the Paramount Ballroom, and The Lincoln. From time-to-time you might even find him crushing it on a dirt bike.
Dayton

Dayton has been involved in everything Paramount. You might see her in The Cafe or The Ballroom, but most often at the front desk of The Second Floor. She is the friendly face that will answer all your questions. When not at the front desk you can find her coaching volleyball at the high school or with her nose in a cheesy romance novel.

If you see someone behind a camera trying to find the best light and angle, you’ve likely found Kenna. Check out our social media and you will find her great photos and quirky sayings. When she’s not hanging around the Paramount, she is probably curled up on her couch with her cat or attending concerts at the Lincoln.
